All orders are shipped with FEDEX Ground Service unless otherwise requested.

Tijaris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. When will I receive my order?
We will ship your package within 3 to 7 business days, this does not include transit.

6. What do I do if I received a defective order?
Tijaris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. What can I use to stuff a Moroccan pouf?
You can fill your Moroccan pouf with polyester stuffing or you can use your old clothes or towels.

9. How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our Moroccan poufs are made by hand in Morocco and we buy them directly from the artisans.
It’s made with natural leather that meets the standards of quality and hygiene.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit card payments.

11. Why the product I received doesn’t exactly look like the picture?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in design, size, and color may occur.
